In the Dream Bear story by Kerstin Zabransky the Textales application allows the parents to share stories with their kids. The augmented reality 3D characters appear on the textile after the sheet has been scanned by the tablet or smartphone. The characters appear either by the defined storyline; random order or location based allowing creative storytelling experience.
The network presents 19 research prototypes focused on Architecture, Interaction Design and Textiles from Eindhoven University of Technology, Auckland University of Technology, Vilnius academy of arts, Aalto University, School of Arts, Design and Architecture, The Swedish School of Textiles, Nottingham Trent University, ESDi School of Design and independent designers.
